** 04/14/24 5:30Pm – DTV customers may experience a 771 error message on their DTV services at 1600 S. Prairie. We were recently made aware of this situation and certainly a matter regarding the satellite dish onsite. We are investigating and looking to resolve this as soon as possible. Tech is on-site and currently investigating. [11:59]-Our technicians were able to restore the DirectTV connection. If anyone is still experiencing issues with their Direct DTV connection, please call us at 877-Zentro-1, opt 1 for support.
